Hotel Anastasia exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, making our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. the initial cleaning of the room was impeccable, and the new furniture and design added a touch of luxury to our experience. the room itself was spacious, cozy, and offered a breathtaking view of the city from the balcony. Located in a quiet residential area, the hotel provided the perfect tranquil escape. the convenience of the underground parking made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the owner's personal touch and attention to detail were evident throughout, making us feel welcomed and valued. I was impressed by the modern amenities in the room, from the flat-screen TV to the plush towels. the private bathroom was pristine, and the air conditioning ensured a pleasant temperature despite the winter chill. the proximity to popular attractions like the Council Tower of Sibiu added to the hotel's appeal, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
